Pale onion skin colour with a persistent mousse. Delicate aromas of apricot, white flowers and quince on the nose, with a slight aftertaste of rose hip and hazelnut. Juicy on the palate with balanced fruit, pithy and clear, well-integrated mousse, full of finesse, flows smoothly.
