Bright straw yellow with a persistent mousse. Generous notes of candied fruit, sea salt, almond and a slight hint of wet stone on the nose. Very harmonious and structured on the palate, with superbly integrated mousse, a juicy fruit core and fine drive, balanced finish, great value for money.
