Pale golden yellow with persistent mousse. Crisp and salty nose with mineral components, delicate yeast tones, bread crust and pastries, lime. Precise and sharp on the palate, juicy with well integrated mousse, nice body, shows a lot of length and defined fruit, very easy to drink.
