Intense straw yellow with green reflections, persistent mousse. Finely drawn nose of pear, fresh yeast dough, then orange and almond, slightly floral aftertaste. Lively on the palate, animating bitter notes, clearly citrus, good freshness and fine-grained mousse, shows a lot of tension at the back, lingering finish.
