Bright golden yellow colour. Intense fruity and spicy nose, with ripe grapefruit and lemon, some lime, and then delicate flint and white pepper. Balanced and vivid on the palate, showing a light texture with a grippy acidity, unfolding beautifully, with a long finish, and a creaminess on the back palate .
