The red wine Chianti Classico Riserva Berardo, vintage 2012 from the winery Castello di Bossi has been rated in 2016 by Othmar Kiem with 92 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Sangiovese from the region Chianti classico in Italy.
Sparkling ruby with a slightly brightening rim. Open, very appealing nose with notes of ripe raspberries, some rose petals, charming. Lots of sweet enamel on the palate, full of raspberries, opens up with pithy, gripping tannins, still a little rough on the finish.
