Tasting from 30.04.2021: Benjamin Herzog und Dominik Vombach

Fresh fruit aromas on the nose with notes of ripe apple, citrus fruit, pear and honeydew melon. Fine herbal savouriness and hints of sweet pastries. Juicy, elegant, fresh and balanced on the palate, lots of yellow fruit and citrus, with a mineral finish.
