This has a brilliant light lemon yellow colour. It is slightly yeasty on the nose, with aromas of flint, salt, lemon, and with an aftertaste of fine mushroom. On the palate it is very fresh, still young and juicy, with a slightly bitter undertone, and it is very dry, and has a cool style.
