Bright yellow, silver reflections, fine mousse. Fine nougat, nutty, ripe white peach fruit, orange zest and herbal spice. Full-bodied, complex, white apple, finesse-rich structure, intense minerality, lots of energy and excellent length, salty finish, a great food wine.
