Tasting Notes
Intense aroma of iron oxide and petrichor with a hint of smoke on the nose. Slender, taut and ascetic on the palate with a hint of apple core. One of the most enchanting and unusual rosé champagnes in existence. Wonderful precision and incisive freshness, and when it warms up, the aromas blossom into blood orange peel. Wonderful.
