Rich golden yellow with orange reflections. Delicately fragrant with red berry confit, fresh yeast bread, baked apple and a hint of smoked bacon. Plucky and full-bodied on the palate, rich in extract, fine, precise acidity. Stylishly complex with good certain ageing potential.
