Intense golden yellow. Initially somewhat restrained, then with air a rich bouquet of dried yellow fruits, vanilla cream with a slight yeast base, some oak savouriness. Powerful on the palate, characterised by delicate white nougat, subtle linear acidity, with the finest mousse and delicate salted caramel. Smooth, compact finish with fresh plum jam and ethereal herbs. Full of character and length. Needs air.
