Tasting from 30.09.2022: Gerhild Burkhard, Anne Krebiehl MW, Peter Moser

Medium bright straw yellow. Initially reveals fine smoky aromas and yellow dried fruit with subtle yeasty notes, some blossom honey. Full-bodied extract fullness, supported by a lively acid nerve, gives tension on the palate, medium mousse. Balanced and round with a harmonious finish of almond notes and salty, refreshing oyster shell water.
