Bright golden yellow. Fine aromas of citrus confit, dried apple, honeysuckle and fresh nut bread. Elegant mousse, finely structured with very appealing minerality, fresh acidity of pomelo, creamy texture. Some blossom honey on the finish, balanced, good drinking flow. Versatile food companion.
