Medium golden yellow with silver reflections. Intense nose with candied lemon, yellow tropical fruit, pineapple, mango and some kumquat as well as a touch of wet stone. Vinous on the palate with delicate acidity, fleur de sel and good extract sweetness. Animating and complex with a long finish. Great certain ageing potential. A good accompaniment for light fish dishes.
