Bright golden yellow. Fine fragrance of citrus confit, dried apple, honeysuckle and fresh gingerbread. Elegant mousse, fine acidity with very appealing minerality, fresh acidity of pomelo fruit, creamy texture. Some honey blossom on the finish, balanced with good drinking flow. Versatile food wine.
