Tasting from 21.11.2019: Peter Moser

Bright golden yellow. A multi-layered bouquet of blossom honey, peach, delicate herbal savouriness of lemon balm and verbena, a touch of biscuit. On the palate, well-integrated mousse, sturdy with a taut acid structure, expressive minerality, creamy mouthfeel with cool elegance and a very long finish. Needs air.

Light golden yellow, silver shimmers. Sumptuous savoury scents, delicately nutty pervaded by hints of pineapple and peach, underlaid with red berries. Taut, tightly meshed, fine nutty nuances, bracing acidity, mineral reverberations, hints of hazelnut on the finish. A convivial vinous, versatile food companion.
