Tasting from 24.05.2024: Gerhild Burkard

Bright copper gold with orange reflections. The attractive bouquet exudes aromas of ripe wild strawberry, cherry confit, wet stone and a hint of yeast bread. On the palate, a soft, supple mousse, balanced, fresh, juicy acidity with a mineral touch and gentle tannin notes. Finishes with a delicately savoury, fruity-sweet aftertaste of blackberry confit. A versatile companion.
