Light greenish yellow with silver reflections and a fine, lively mousse. Fresh yellow apple, a hint of passion fruit, candied lime zest, and white flowers - an inviting bouquet. Medium bodied, with some delicate peach sweetness at the core. A mineral, balanced fresh food companion. (Degorgiert 07/22, PM).
