Tasting from 06.10.2023: Peter Moser, Gerhild Burkhard, Benjamin Herzog, Dominik Vombach, Ulrich Sautter, Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler, Irene Forni

Pale golden yellow with silver reflections and a very delicate, almost invisible, mousse. Delicate notes of meadow herbs and yellow tropical fruit, nuances of apple, mango and fresh orange zest. With medium body and fine fruit expression, it has a delicately chiselled acidity and yellow apple on the finish. Elegant and persistent, it makes a versatile food companion. (Deg 9/22).
