Medium onion red with copper reflections and a fine mousse. Ripe yellow apple fruit, delicate notes of preserved cherry, red fruits of the forest and blossom honey. Juicy plum, with a subtle sweetness and integrated acidity. Elegant, with a hint of dried fruit on the finish and fine minerality in the aftertaste.
