The red wine No. 3 d'Angélus, vintage 2020 from the winery Château Angelus has been rated in 2021 by Peter Moser with 91 - 93 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon from the region St. Emilion in France.
Deep ruby, purple reflections, discreet ochre rim. Fresh, red cherry fruit and cassis are carefully underscored with vanilla and a hint of cinnamon. Medium-bodied, fresh red berries, lively structure, delicate nougat on the finish. Uncomplicated, open and accessible despite its youth.
