Dark ruby core, purple reflections, subtle brightening on the rim. Fine nuances of hibiscus, red cherry and cranberry fruit with floral hints and fresh citrus zest. Fresh, lean texture with redcurrant concentrated palate, lively acidity. An approachable food pairing.
