Tasting Notes
Deep dark ruby garnet, opaque core, violet reflections, delicate edge brightening, delicate caramel on the nose over dark berry melting, a hint of honey, sweet and inviting. Very juicy on the palate, some elderberries, firm tannins, still restrained overall, but certainly an extremely complex second wine.
