Tasting Notes
Dark ruby, purple reflections, delicate watery rim. Inviting nuances of heart cherry, fine tobacco savouriness, delicately underlain with cranberry and red berries, floral nuances, mineral touch, still somewhat restrained, yet the complexity of the bouquet is already apparent. Full-bodied, elegant, fine red berry confit, very well-integrated tannins, fresh and mineral, lingers very well, salty finish, delicate lemon notes in the aftertaste, good future with certain ageing potential.
More about the tastingIntense black berries, a hint of licorice and fresh spicy herbs, a hint of cassis, delicate animal nuances. Juicy, sweet red berry nuances, ripe cherry fruit, well-integrated tannins, lemony touch, sour cherries and oranges, fine sweetness on the finish, delicate, will benefit from bottle ageing.
