Tasting from 17.10.2024: Peter Moser, Dominik Vombach, Benajmin Herzog, Ulrich Sautter

A wine with 36 grams of dry extract, 9.8 grams of acidity, 22.4 grams of residual sugar and 13.5% alcohol by volume. On the nose: lavender, orange, blood orange and floral, complex citrus. In the mouth, the wine has an almost electrifying density, it combines substance, tension and depth, but at the same time remains juicy and playful. Enormous ageing potential.
