Tasting from 17.10.2024: Peter Moser, Dominik Vombach, Benajmin Herzog, Ulrich Sautter

Fully fruity and a testament to very ripe grapes: raisin, apricot, nectarine, dried apple and a hint of aromas from the spontaneous fermentation. In the mouth, the wine has a silky fullness and a fruit-driven sweetness and the acidity remains restrained. A creamy texture accompanies the full-bodied, long finish. Sort of Smaragd with a finely tart Saar sweetness.
