Tasting from 17.10.2024: Peter Moser, Dominik Vombach, Benajmin Herzog, Ulrich Sautter

A complex aroma that is also high quality in its purity: fine botrytis, pepper, peppermint, apricot, some petrol. A distinctly supple attack is followed by a complex interplay of concise acidity and rich, but not exuberant sweetness. Only raisined berries were selected for three days.
