Tasting from 17.10.2024: Peter Moser, Dominik Vombach, Benajmin Herzog, Ulrich Sautter

Aromas of crème de cassis and blackcurrant confit, also semi-bitter chocolate, dried tomato and green bean. The palate has a taut structure, showing a full dose of grainy, sandy tannins, well-integrated acidity and a powerful, slightly sweet, but ultimately still closed finish.
