Tasting Notes
Dark carmine garnet, deep core, subtle ochre brightening on the rim, amazing colour. Very inviting bouquet of cherries, nougat, wild berries, some tobacco; multi-faceted aromas. Deep, juicy and fresh on the palate, fine fruit expression, hints of dark berries and preserved cherries, a harmonious wine with ripe, still supporting tannins, persistent and delicately spicy on the finish with some cassis. Mineral and fresh, has an enchanting youthfulness, a strong statement for the quality of the terroir. (PM, Drink, tasted Sept. 2025).
