Tasting Notes
Dark ruby colour, violet reflections, brightening at the rim. Subtle but multi-layered bouquet, layers of dark berry fruit, some tobacco and leather, orange zest, some nougat and fine oak, cassis. Fruity body, juicy and elegant, ripe, precise tannins, fine acid structure, a harmonious wine with very good length and certain ageing potential, a qualitative milestone for the Château. (PM, ageing, drinking +30, tasted Sept. 2025).
