Tasting Notes
Deep ruby colour, violet reflections. Preserved red cherries, subtle herbal savouriness, a hint of eucalyptus. Medium-bodied, red forest berries, subtle tannins and freshness, remains quite persistent, but also interchangeable and tells little about its terroir, a versatile food wine, has reached its peak. (PM, drinking, ageing +10, tasted Sept. 2025).
