Tasting Notes
Deep brick red colour, carmine reflections, broad ochre rim. Liquorice and cassis, some nougat and dried plums, developed bouquet, candied mandarin zest. Medium complexity, subtle extract sweetness, ripe, integrated tannins, some fig and chocolate on the finish, already well developed, somewhat monolithic, has passed its peak. (PM, drinking, tasted Sept. 2025).
