Tasting Notes
Dark ruby colour, purple reflections, subtle ochre rim. Liquorice and cassis, some praline, a hint of cedar wood. Full-bodied, medium complexity, elegant, ripe berry fruit, freshly structured, integrated tannins that appear delicately leafy, all in all at a drinking peak, a wine that you open and enjoy without giving it much thought. Not for the long term. (PM, Drinking, tasted Sept. 2025).
