Deep garnet red colour, purple reflections, subtle ochre rim. Dark wild berry fruit with tobacco and herbal spices, some liquorice and nougat, a hint of ink lead. Medium-bodied, ruddy texture, fresh acidity, lean and salty on the finish, delicately leafy aftertaste, redcurrant touch on the finish. (PM, drinking, ageing +10, tasted Sept. 2025).
