Tasting Notes
Light salmon pink. Initially, a spicy nose of dried herbs, pepper, and tobacco, followed by ripe cherries, red berries, raspberries, violets, and white flowers. Dry on the palate, with a robust, spicy attack, a smooth fruitiness, and moderate acidity. Fleur de sel and lemon zest in the fresh finish. Balanced and complex.
