The rosé wine Source de Roseblood Rose AOP, vintage 2025 from the winery Chateau d´Estoublon has been rated in 2026 by Benjamin Herzog, Dominik Vombach, Peter Moser, Ulrich Sautter, Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler, Romana Echensperger, Roland Graf with 91 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Grenache, Syrah, Cinsault from the region Coteaux-d’Aix-en-Provence in France.
Pale salmon pink, brilliant with silver highlights. A delicate, crisp bouquet of red berries, cherry, and white flowers, with a hint of white pepper and garrigue. Pleasantly dry on the palate, with plenty of fruitiness, juicy, fresh acidity, and a slightly warm note on the finish. Medium length, solid and well-balanced.
