Tasting Notes
Light yellow gold with fine silver reflections. Fine blossom honey, underlaid with candied orange zest, a hint of coconut and dried herbs. There's some ripe yellow stone fruit notes in the very clear bouquet too. The palate has medium complexity of almost delicate, light-footed fruit such as ripe peach and pineapple notes. It's finely structured and accented by lemony notes. Feels incredibly harmonious and could be drunk immediately - a silky, slender Yquem that scores with good length. A vin de plaisir.
