Tasting Notes
Medium golden yellow, silver reflections. Delicate smoky, background of blossom honey, a hint of orange zest, fine lanolin, pleasant hint of savouriness, underpinned by yellow tropical fruit. Juicy, very elegant and balanced on the palate, substantial and precise, fine botrytis savouriness on the finish, remains long, accessible, a touch of coconut on the finish, great length, balanced style.
More about the tastingLight golden yellow in colour. On the nose, a delicate bouquet of fine apricot confit, a hint of honey, yellow peach, and floral aromas. The juicy palate is powerful and long-lasting with ripe tropical fruit, sweet mango and baby banana, structured and full of finesse, already accessible, this has definite ageing potential, extremely precise and expressive.
