Dark ruby in colour with purple reflections, and subtle brightening on the ochre rim. On the nose, a shy bouquet that opens slowly to reveal very delicate cassis, black cherry, and a touch of liquorice. The palate is juicy, sweet, and highly elegant, with fine supporting tannins, ripe cherry fruit, silky, subtle and very seductive on the palate, showing great length and lots of charm. At its absolute peak right now, but has the potential to be aged further for decades. (drink, age +30).
