Intense ruby, purple reflections, subtle ochre brightening on the rim. An inviting bouquet with background floral notes, black cherry, hints of liquorice and cassis, a touch of tar, hints of candied violets and a savoury note. Juicy and elegant, ripe red cherry, good freshness, medium complexity, salty mineral notes, already well developed. A versatile food companion with definite further ageing potential. (Drink +15).
