Tasting from 01.01.2023: Peter Moser
Dark ruby, opaque core, purple reflections and subtle ochre brightening on the rim. A multi-faceted bouquet with nuances of leather, herbs, liquorice, a fine note of cassis, a touch of essential oils such as mint and eucalyptus, dark nougat and sweet tobacco. Juicy, dark berries, ripe, silky tannins and excellent freshness on the finish. This wine has now reached initial drinking maturity but certainly offers plenty of further ageing potential.
