The red wine Château Haut-Badette, vintage 2001 from the winery Château Haut-Sarpe has been rated in 2006 with Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon from the region St. Emilion in France.
Dark ruby garnet, violet reflections. Intense bouquet on the nose, delicate animal Brettanomyces notes, but also a hint of eucalyptus, leafy undergrowth. Powerful on the palate, supple tannins, very balanced, some nougat, remains very persistent, already accessible, good length, has a certain lightness and accessibility.
