Tasting Notes

93
Tasting from 15.02.2013

Dark ruby-garnet colour, purple reflections, delicate edge brightening, dark forest berry confit with a mineral character, fine precious wood savouriness, smoky-balsamic undertones. Juicy, fine cherry fruit, sweet tannins that are well-integrated, sticks well, mineral-salty aftertaste, pleasant extracted sweetness on the finish, sure certain ageing potential.
