Tasting Notes
Strong, delicately undercoated ruby garnet, delicate watery rim. Smoky, delicate celery nuances, some soybean oil, delicate lovage, underlaid with dark fruit, shows good complexity, freshly structured, an elegant wine with mineral length, black olives echo in the aftertaste, somewhat atypical Pomerol, but very typical Le Gay in the traditional sense.
