Tasting Notes
Pale yellow green, silver reflections. Fresh white tropical fruit with lime zest, a hint of peach, nuances of caramel, white flowers, very inviting bouquet. Juicy, without any opulence, fine acid core, was harvested at the end of August to have the perfect ripeness, a subtle, finely fruity food wine that can compete with all top Sauvignon Blancs. More about the tastingPale yellow, green hints, silver reflections. Inviting aromas of tropical fruit, nuances of fresh mango and grapefruit, hints of new wood, a touch of vanilla and lemongrass. Juicy and elegant, notes of white peach, fine, well-integrated acidity, finesse-rich and a lemony-mineral, salty, finish. A very well balanced food wine with definite ageing potential.
