Tasting Notes
Deep dark ruby, opaque core, purple reflections, very subtle brightening on the rim. Attractive nuances of liquorice and cassis, blackberry confit, orange zest with undertones of oak nuances. Juicy, elegant and fresh, medium complexity, very lively, preserved lemon on the finish, has charm, already well developed, a lively food sine with a crispy finish.
