Rich, deep dark ruby colour with a slight purple tinge. Very precise and rich nose of dark, ripe redcurrants, cedar wood, some liquorice, very inviting. Full-bodied and multi-layered on the palate, tobacco and liquorice, also lots of cassis, opens with dense, very vivid tannins, supple and long, with a minty finish.
