A fine, still slightly yeasty spiciness, also blood orange and pink grapefruit, liquorice, aniseed, peach. The palate tightly blends sweetness and acidity, a pinch of carbonic acid provides freshness, the high concentration of the mid-palate lasts for a long time and is accompanied by citric aromas reminiscent of Dextro Energen and blackcurrant.
