Brilliant straw yellow with persistent mousse. Fragrant nose of toasted hazelnuts, light nougat, lots of yellow fruit, stony elements. Exceptionally juicy and harmonious on the palate, elegant with soft mousse, lots of salt and citrus, really fun!.
